This is where the men of Fiedor family rules – Karol, Adam, Maksymilian and Gustaw. They know each other very well, and together they are able to accomplish amazing things. They have inherited a love of red wine from western Tuscany and Piedmont in their genes. Karol is an IARP and SARP architect who has run the architecture office CDF Architects since 1995; with it, he has won the John Baptist Quadro Award twice. Adam and Maksymilian are following in his steps, having grown the family firm over the years. Now it’s time for a new project #524 in the field of “innate hospitality and architecture of taste,” a sharing restaurant called TU., where Gustaw will serve you the best crêpes suzette in town.

Chef Filip Cwojdzinski came to us with impressive experience gained at star restaurants in Manchester and Ireland’s Wexford. He also developed his career in Zadar and Poznań. Representative of the Polish National Culinary Team, winning two silver medals at the 2020 Culinary Olympics. Chef, mentor and athlete, loving the spirit of competition.

Without team there is no chef. We grow, we face new challenges, working for the culinary success of not only our restaurant, but also our city – together.
