This is where the men of Fiedor family rules – Karol, Adam, Maksymilian and Gustaw. They know each other very well, and together they are able to accomplish amazing things. They have inherited a love of red wine from western Tuscany and Piedmont in their genes. Karol is an IARP and SARP architect who has run the architecture office CDF Architects since 1995; with it, he has won the John Baptist Quadro Award twice. Adam and Maksymilian are following in his steps, having grown the family firm over the years. Now it’s time for a new project #524 in the field of “innate hospitality and architecture of taste,” a sharing restaurant called TU., where Gustaw will serve you the best crêpes suzette in town.

Adam Kromuszczynski is a true host, full of passion for elegant service, timeless horology and film music. They say that such a restaurant manager is a treasure. Since 2007, he has been the doubtless co-creator of the Poznan gastronomy, having passed through all levels of professional waitressing at the IBB Hotels Collection group during the first years of his career, in order to be in the group receiving awards and honors granted by Wine&Food Noble Night in 2017 and 2018, and now to become the head of our team. He is the one who greets you with a gallant smile from the very entrance, takes care of the ambiente and looks after your comfort.
Wine Sommelier

Every wine tells a story, behind which stand amazing people, their passions and perseverance in the pursuit of perfection. Every bottle has a story, and he is its voice. Meet sommelier Krzysztof Milert – a lover of food, good wine and an effective creator of unforgettable atmosphere in a restaurant. Krzysztof looks for labels that give pleasure to his guests, are memorable and a subject for long conversations and nice memories. He gained his experience in renowned restaurants in Białka Tatrzańska, Bydgoszcz, Sopot and Poznań. Frequent visitor of wineries in Hungary and those in Germany, Austria and Portugal. He especially remembers a visit to the Douro River: ‘ (…) for me it is one of the most beautiful, most picturesque places on Earth, and the hospitality of the local winemakers is indescribable. Great tapas, delicious cheeses and outstanding wines.’
